• In recognition of his significant contributions to the Realm, Lord Willieam Hughes was bestowed the prestigious title of Duke of Aosta. The Duchy, once belonging to the former Pope and brother of Grand Duke Alonzo Fortini, was granted to Lord Hughes as a reward to his unwavering dedication and loyalty to Her Imperial Majesty Empress Mirielle Ricchezza as member and now Captain of the City Guard.
• In a display of diplomatic amity and camaraderie, Portugal’s esteemed Ambassador Luis, Duke of Braganza, arrived to convey warm greetings from the newly crowned King and Queen of Portugal to our Esteemed Empress. The arrival of the ambassador signifies the strengthening of bilateral ties and deepening friendship between the two nations. Both parties expressed their enthusiasm for fostering mutual growth and development. This comes as no surprise as it is rumored the King and Queen of Portugal have deep-seeded ties to high-ranking members of the Imperial Italian Court.

• The College of Cardinals has elected a new Supreme Pontiff, the spiritual leader of the Catholic Church. With profound humility and a deep sense of duty, Pope John Alexander II Amadi Lopret embraces the weighty task before him, recognizing the immense spiritual journey that lies ahead. As the Successor of Saint Peter he vows to serve as the embodiment of love, compassion, and faith, shepherding the faithful flock and representing the Catholic Church to the world.

~Marriage Announcements, Betrothals, and Births~

In a celebration of love and commitment, two hearts have found their forever home and we are delighted to announce the marriage of Duke Willieam Hughes and Duchess Elle Hughes!

Love has found its way, and we couldn’t be happier to share the news! We are thrilled to announce the betrothal of Marquess Ezechiel Trivulzio and Marchioness Kilana Corvasci.

We are pleased to share that Marquess Giovanni Esposito and his wife, Marchioness Selene Esposito have recently welcomed a healthy baby boy into the world. Congratulations to the happy family!

It is with a heavy heart and great concern for the well-being of the Catholic Church and its followers that we must announce the dismissal of His Holiness Pope Benedict, Duke Gianluca Fortini, from the position of Pope due to serious allegations of incitement of violence, contrary to the sacred mission and teachings of our faith.

As the leader of the Church, the Pope holds a position of immense responsibility, charged with promoting peace, love, and harmony among all people. Regrettably, our investigation has revealed substantial evidence indicating that Pope Benedict has engaged in actions and made statements that incite violence, contradicting the core principles of compassion, understanding, and nonviolence that the Church upholds.

While the role of the Pope is to provide spiritual guidance and foster unity, it is incumbent upon us to address any actions that deviate from these sacred duties. The incitement of violence by a spiritual leader undermines the very foundation of peace and hinders the Church's ability to fulfill its divine mission.

After careful consideration and consultation, the College of Cardinals has made the difficult decision to dismiss Duke Gianluca Fortini from the position of Pope, effective immediately. This dismissal entails the revocation of all rights, privileges, and responsibilities associated with the papacy.

We, the College of Cardinals, remain unwavering in our commitment to upholding the teachings of Christ, promoting peace, and safeguarding the spiritual well-being of our faithful. We denounce all forms of violence and aggression, and we reaffirm our dedication to fostering an environment of love, compassion, and unity within the Church.

We ask for your prayers during this challenging time as we seek to heal, rebuild, and move forward with renewed determination to fulfill our sacred mission. May God's grace guide us as we navigate through this period of transition and work towards a stronger and more peaceful Church.

We are aiding in the funding of this expedition but we need your help. All donations of supplies and funds for the expedition can be sent to either Lord Chamberlain Eliseo di Farnese or directly to Governor Clark Kendrick. 

Upon his success with the new colony, settlers can make the voyage to the colony on June 1st. Any who wish to join the new settlement are encouraged to announce their intention with Lord Chamberlain Eliseo di Farnese. Those who wish to do so are encouraged to seek sponsorship from wealthy patrons or their respective consulates in order to prepare for the long voyage to this remote land. Any and all questions pertaining to the expedition as well as future travel to the colony are encouraged to reach out to Governor Kendrick or Lord Chamberlain di Farnese at their earliest convenience. 

Information gained through OOC means, be that out of character messages or chats, the who list, third-party hearsay, out of client communications, or any such other methods of exchanging or collecting information is not to be used IC in any way, shape, or form without explicit permission or consent from the person directly effected by said information. 

Furthermore, it bears repeating that taking action that could effect another player or character in a way they are not comfortable with WITHOUT THEIR EXPLICIT CONSENT is a violation of the rules put in place to preserve the playing experience for our customers.
