Recently it was discovered each consulate for every nation was defaced in red paint. The culprit to this acts is yet to be discovered. Should there by information that has yet to be revealed, I urge you to bring forth such to the constabulary. I will also take this information should you wish to keep annonymous but, anything new presented shall be paid for by my own hand to aide in the effort.

 

Again, I urge you with haste, to report what you know on the matter.
