The bell is located next to the bank in the city's plazza just southeast of the fountain. When you use the emergency bell, please remain by the bell until a City Guard member becomes present and explain the situation to them. Even if only a healer is required, please do not leave the post until the situation is explained.

 

If it should be found that you have rang the bell during a non-emergency you will be sternly warned. The second time will earn you one night in jail if you are intentionally misleading both City Guard and Healers. If you ring the bell by accident, at least stay and report your mistake to the City Guard. Thank you for your time.
