It is our pleasure to announce not one but two upcoming events in honor and celebration of the Feast of Saint Valentine.

On Sunday, the 9th of February at 9 o’clock in the evening, we will host a fun filled charity auction at the gathering hall of Piazza Vecchia. We will be accepting volunteers who are not in long term relationships who wish to take part in the Matchmaker’s Auction. Highest bidder will be granted an opportunity to spend an evening dining together with the recipient of their highest bid at our expense. The proceeds from the auction will be donated in full to the Catholic Church to aid the plight of widowed individuals struggling after the loss of their partner.

Following this event, we will host a dance on the 23rd of February at 9 o’clock in the evening. Games, refreshments and music will be provided by the French. For this occasion, we will gather at the Grand Salon off Piazza Vecchia. At the close of the event, we invite late night revelers to join us in the adjacent lounge for additional refreshment.

God bless and keep you all,

Lady Emmaline Beaumont and the French Consulate

In lieu of the recent attacks and the murder of the English diplomat, we have made the decision to cancel the first of our Saint Valentine’s events.

In its place, we will gather together at the same place and time for a memorial and mourn in solidarity with our English brethren near and far. We will be accepting donations to the diligent healers who have all worked so tirelessly these last few days to prevent the death toll from climbing even higher.

We will be making a donation privately to the Church to support the widows and those struggling with the loss of their partners, as their struggle is no easier regardless of the recent events.

At this time, the event on the 23rd remains unchanged.

God bless you and keep you all.

Dear Lady Beaumont and the French Embassy,

We truly appreciate your compassion and diligence in these dark times. The passing of Lord Albert and the attacks to our embassy members has taken a grievous toll on our spirit as a nation and consulate. The actions of the organization "Peace" has led to troubling times and destitute Morale with English consulate members. We are humbled by your act of goodwill and friendship in our time of mourning. We appreciate your words and thoughts.

Though the English have not been the only ones affected by the attacks, countless others have become victim to this group's actions, and their lives, as well as their families, have been forever altered. This is not only a time for the English consulate to mourn but all of those that have been affected. The recent tragedies have led us to a time to mourn together and share our pain. Healing of the soul can be attained even at a fundamental level with the support of one another.

The healers have been the true heroes of the events of late. They have worked vigilantly and tirelessly through harsh conditions and trenchant suffering. They have gone above and beyond their call of duty and level of care. I can express this personally, as I have almost died twice from the attacks. The healers have always been swift in their service and never charged me a florin. They truly deserve a moment to be recognized, appreciated, and rewarded for their indomitable efforts.

The suffering has dispersed to many, and the realization that their loved ones are genuinely gone is disheartening. The times upon us call for compassion, empathy, and goodwill to spread far and wide. No one is truly alone in this time, as the light will always be the victor to darkness. I encourage all to donate to the church to assist in reconstructing individuals' lives and souls.

Together, we can replace what is broken inside of us and build a stronger future. We are in this together, and we will end it together. Where there is light, there is hope! Non Timebo Mala!

Cordially,

Ambassador Arafel Belator and the English consulate
