On December 5th in the year 1599, His Most Royal Highness King Dominic will address the populace from the Throne Room of the Palace.

 

All citizens are invited to attend. No bags, food, drink or weapons will be allowed. 

 

Please arrive at half past eight to ensure that you are adequately searched before being lead to the antechamber to await the address at exactly 9 o'clock in the evening.
