After too many unsuccessful trips to the post office, I am now asking for help with training to be a Seamstress/Weaver.
Are there any who can help me to be better that these professions?

There is a lovely elderly woman at the Warp & Weft Shop on the eastern side of the city who is quite skilled in the craft of weaving. (OOC - ask npc about weaving)
As for seamstressing, I can't say I know who would be best to go to since I don't require the knowledge myself. I do know that I have seen numerous patterns for the craft available all throughout the city and beyond.
