And unsigned missive

I have recieved an unsigned missive pertaining to a possible new member for the Scottish Consulate.

I'm not certain as to it's viladity, as it is unsigned.

If this is true, and whoever sent the thing sends it again, signed this time, I shall act upon it.

Otherwise, I will ignore it.
