To support the disadvantaged among us during Lent, the Italian consulate invites everyone to aid in the creation and dedication of a community garden to provide supplies and nourishment throughout the growing season. Please bring at least one plant or seed to add to the garden as we gather together in the spirit of charitable giving and community support.

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who attended tonight as well as those who provided donations for the community garden.
Special thanks to Sister Agnes Sinclair for her beautiful blessing and prayer on behalf of the Catholic Church.
The food that is left from this evening's festivities has been placed within Saint Christopher's Soup Kitchen for any who are in need.
