A minor correction; it is Mister. I placed the order for hat, gloves, scarf and cloak on behalf of my sister, which is where the confusion may have arisen.
Expect my response to be at the courier by morning's light. I want to word it as delicately as possible.
Regards,
MISTER A.D. Mendoza
I accept the blame not only for acting in an absolute impulsive manner, in simply making items without first consulting the customer--which I thank Miss Thalia for pointing out to me.
She has also made me realize that I seriously lack in many areas of Seamstressing, which are very evident here. To this end, with this public admolishment, I am undertaking actions which to improve and exspand upon my currently meger abilities in the field.
When this is acheved, I hope to be of better service to all.
Again, I appologize for this matter.
