The Emergency bell should be used in -ALL- emergencies that require the presence of a healer or Constable in order to expedite our assistance in the emergency. When ringing the Emergency Bell, please remain there until help arrives and explain the situation to them thoroughly. We are here to serve and in every emergency time is likely the most important factor between life and death.
