I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. Can you give me a little information?
1. Are you creating a character from scratch or converting an existing character?
2. Which class are you choosing?

I am trying to create a new account for this game. My class is :Trader / Embinder. For a second class: Ranger/Archer.
Do I need to use Pale moon or does it work with Firefox ? Thank you sincerely,

Can you email your account name and character name you are trying to create? It sounds like you are converting a character so I'll likely just need to reset character generation for the character and have you try again.
