By Order of the Dowager Empress: Public Release of Information

On Sunday, the twenty-eighth of this month, at nine o'clock in the evening, Ezechiel Trivulzio will share a public release of information with the citizens and guests of the city. In lieu of gathering at the steps of the palace due to the weather, the public address will take place in the courthouse. All are encouraged to attend.
