Minor Fixes

The butcher will now buy your snake carcasses.

Some of the smaller wild animals have been rebalanced. Murder squirrels and devil geese and other such critters should no longer cause -quite- as much mayhem. 

The pawnbroker was on hiatus, but he is back in action now. 

The candles and lamps that used to spawn random colors in Home Delights should now give you options. 

If you encounter other NPCs that sell randomly generating items, please file an assist c/o Topsy from the location, and (pending staff discretion) I will update the item. 

Leeches have been added to the fishing database for certain areas.

Consulate knockers should now be knocking as intended! 

All mounts including horses, donkeys, mules, et cetera should now work with the freemoting feature found in cats/dogs and children.

Hair dye should now be working as it once was. You can also dye the hair dye with clothing dye again. 

Plain muslin mock-ups of all the cultural garments can be found in the first case of each establishment, so you can see what everything looks like before buying now.

Syntax: examine 1st case's garment

The Christmas merchant will now -actually- sell you the foil papers. 

While I was at it, the origami shapes that are created from folding the papers are writable. 

You can now label most books. 

Syntax: label my book 'Label

Due to frequent and repeated abuse of the @event system by people looking for healers with no intention of hosting actual hospital hours, the "hospital hours" event has been restricted to characters with the healer class.

As a general reminder, the @event system is not intended to be used as a paging system when you can't find other characters for any reason.

Money sent or received via promissory notes will now appear in pay recall for both parties upon cashing the note.
