Hello, all!
Effective immediately, we (staff) will no longer respond to inquiries and requests on platforms outside of client (ie; PMs, Discord, direct messages etc). We kindly request that all questions, requests, concerns (non-emergent) be directed through the AoE client via @assist. While we will continue to utilize Discord to share information and use in-client communication channels, by reminding players to use @assist we as staff can ensure efficient responses to your inquiries. This approach allows us to centralize our efforts, maintain accurate records, and provide consistent support to all our players. An emergent concern refers to a situation that violates AoE's Terms of Service, or ToS. Please feel free to send us a direct message with a detailed description of the issue you have encountered. We sincerely appreciate our players and their understanding!
